Leadership
Dave Despres is founder and principal of Spruce Creek Partners, LLC. Over the past 20 years, he has provided expert guidance to clients in a variety of fields including real estate development, property management, hospitality, and service businesses. Dave holds an MBA from the Leeds School of Business and BA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado.
